What Teens Often Struggle With (so you recognize when it’s time to reach out)
Feeling constantly anxious or panicked about school, friendships, or the future
Trouble focusing or keeping up — falling behind with assignments, forgetfulness, pacing or fidgeting
Mood swings, irritability, or withdrawal from friends or things they used to enjoy
Sleep problems, appetite changes, or physical symptoms like stomachaches or headaches without clear cause
Sense of “not being good enough,” low self-esteem, social fears, or overwhelming pressure to perform
How We Help Teens Regain Balance & Confidence
Initial 60-minute session to deeply understand your teen — not just symptoms, but what’s holding them back and what matters most to them
Thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans (only when needed), customized to how your teen learns, grows, and lives
Regular follow-ups (20-30 minutes) to make sure meds are helping, side effects are minimized, and we’re adjusting as life changes
Open communication with parents & teens — we believe involvement and understanding help everyone feel safer & supported
